报告摘要:

      Based on a novel capacitance model of triboelectric technology, we have developed a self-powered triboelectric acoustic sensor (T-MIC) with unique capabilities. The T-MIC can detect acoustic waves over the entire frequency range of human hearing (20 to 20,000 Hz) with higher frequency resolution (1 Hz accuracy) and sensitivity than previously reported triboelectric acoustic sensors. The T-MIC's suitability for a range of commercial applications, including high-quality music recording, wireless video communication, voice content inputting, and human-robot interaction, makes it a valuable contribution to the field of acoustic sensing. Additionally, we have proposed a theoretical model of the T-MIC based on the principles of acoustics, which provides further insight into the sensor's operation. With its wider range of material options and simpler preparation process than many commercial acoustic wave sensors, the T-MIC represents a low-cost and high-performance solution for the perception and detection of acoustic waves in commercial applications.

重庆大学物理学院在读博士,导师为奚伊教授,研究方向主要为摩擦纳米发电机。
